Up to 20 sets of clay earring making materials.
1 set per table can be shared amongst 6-8 people.
Sets contain rollers, lots of clay shape cutters, sculpey souffle polymer clay, clay sculpting tools, blades, small circle hole cutters, depth guides, small ceramic tiles, jewllery pliers, sanding blocks, jump rings, super glue, earring hooks and backs, key chains, ornament string.
Large Ceramic tiles with table numbers for baking.
Organza bags for taking creations home.
2 Stands of Earrings for Sale (optional, but has always been very helpful for guests in the past).

What you provide

Your Church Facilities, Christian Speaker and a small team of helpers

Space: Your church hall should be set up with tables, chairs and any table decorations prior to Lisa's arrival
Demonstration area at the front or stage with table, laptop connected to projector & madona microphone
Ovens & Baking Trays. Clay is baked for 20 mins at 130C to cure. Tiles from 2 tables can fit onto one baking tray.
Helpers: 3 helpers dedicated to set up and pack up with Lisa. They (+ possible additional people depending on workshop size) will transport clay tiles to and from the tables and ovens.
Other helpers: Churches provide the gospel talk speaker, welcomers, food and beverage helpers and tech person.

Pricing includes workshop instruction, materials for up to 3 pairs of earrings per person, and travel within Sydney. Per-person pricing decreases for larger groups to reflect shared setup and material costs. GST included.

Booking and Payment Policies

To secure your workshop date, a non-refundable $200 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Final table numbers are to be confirmed 2 weeks before the event. The remaining balance will be invoiced based on final confirmed numbers and is due within 7 days after the event by direct bank transfer.
A tax invoice will be provided.
Bookings may be rescheduled once with at least 2 weeks’ notice, subject to availability.
