Polymer Clay Worshop Events for Churches & Groups in Sydney

• Lisa arrives for Set Up (1 hour)

• Lisa demonstrates earring assembly (5 mins)

• Guests assemble earrings (20 mins)

• Begin pack up 

• Up to 20 sets of clay earring making materials.

• 1 set per table can be shared amongst 6-8 people. 

• Sets contain rollers, lots of clay shape cutters, sculpey souffle polymer clay, clay sculpting tools, blades, small circle hole cutters, depth guides, small ceramic tiles, jewllery pliers, sanding blocks, jump rings, super glue, earring hooks and backs, key chains, ornament string. 

• Large Ceramic tiles with table numbers for baking. 

• Organza bags for taking creations home. 

• 2 Stands of Earrings for Sale (optional, but has always been very helpful for guests in the past). 

• Table Numbers

• Overhead Camera 

• Guests may make up to 3 pairs of Earrings ​

• Themed cutters Available: Christmas & Easter

• Clip-on earring backs may be supplied for $20 

• Space: Your area should be set up with tables, chairs and any table decorations prior to Lisa's arrival

• Demonstration area at the front or stage with table, laptop connected to projector & madona microphone (unless your group is small)

• ​Ovens. Clay is baked for 20 mins at 130C to cure. 

• Helpers: 3 helpers dedicated to set up and pack up with Lisa for groups larger than 30 people. They will transport clay tiles to and from the tables and ovens. 

• Other helpers: Churches provide the gospel talk speaker, welcomers, food and beverage helpers and tech person. 

Workshop Pricing

$750 for up to 30 participants

Joyful Little Sparks workshops are priced as a complete creative experience, with everything needed for your group included in one simple base rate.

Larger Groups: Up to 120 people. 

For groups larger than 30, simply add $10 per additional participant.​

Church groups

I mainly offer workshops for churches in Sydney, who receive 25% off the $750 base workshop rate, bringing the starting price to $562.50 for up to 30 participants.

• Additional participants over 30 are charged at the standard $10 per person rate.

• This discount is available for church-run events, ministry gatherings, women’s events and other church community activities.

Inclusions

​Pricing includes workshop instruction, materials for up to 5 pairs of earrings (or keyrings) per person, and travel within Sydney. Per-person pricing decreases for larger groups to reflect shared setup and material costs. GST included.

Booking and Payment Policies​​

• To secure your workshop date, a non-refundable $200 deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Final participant numbers are to be confirmed 2 weeks before the event. 

• The remaining balance will be invoiced based on final confirmed numbers and is due within 7 days after the event by direct bank transfer.

• A tax invoice will be provided.

• Bookings may be rescheduled once with at least 2 weeks’ notice, subject to availability.

On the day, she was warm, professional, and incredibly encouraging. She created such a welcoming atmosphere that even those who felt a little nervous quickly felt at ease.

Lisa guided us step-by-step in making our own earrings and key rings, and it was so much fun. Everyone left with something beautiful they were genuinely proud of! There was such a lovely sense of joy and creativity in the room.
Her pricing was also very reasonable, making the workshop accessible and great value for what was offered.

All the women who attended had such a great time, and we’re already being asked when we can have her back again!

We had Lisa from Joyful Little Sparks, run a Christmas earring workshop for the women at PAC(Panania Anglican Church) in Dec 2025. It was a fantastic night. Lisa was engaging and enthusiastic as she demonstrated the clay techniques from the front, and warm and friendly, while she assisted women of all ages as they created their own earrings. Lisa provided all the clay and tools needed on the night. It was a great event that women could invite their friends and family along to.
